Shop with confidence knowing you won't be caught with an item you don't want.
You can return an item from us within 7 days from date received. Should you decide to return your item we will refund the purchase price less outward and inward delivery costs, as they will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in it's original condition so it can be resold, please do not remove any protective packaging and take care with re-packing to avoid damage during transit.
Please contact us on 0412 333 831 or via email at email@example.com for a returns policy number. Please include your order number and the name of the item you are returning. We will make the arrangements for the return of the item to us. Please do not return item without consent.
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us on 0412 333 831 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the name of the item that is damaged. We would appreciate a photograph of the damage if possible. If we cannot send you a replacement part to fix the problem then we will pay to have the item returned to us and we will send a replacement to you. Should you not want parts or replacements then the item comes under our normal returns policy. Please make sure that you check for damaged packaging upon receiving the products. Should packaging be damaged, please open packaging and check items immediately as we cannot take responsibility for damages that occur after receiving the products.
