INSTOCK NOW RETURNS POLICY
At Instock Now we realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective, you have received the wrong item, or it is damaged.
General Returns Policy
If a product is defective or damaged, Instock Now will pay all freight charges to replace it with same product. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition.
How to request a return for Defective or Damaged item
Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the parcel/goods via our email address at email@example.com, stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the defective, incorrect or damaged product.
After our customer experience team have assessed your request and replied to your email they will instruct you on where to post the returned item at cost to Instock Now.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our defective or damaged items criteria, we will post a replacement of the same product. Where the same product is not available a full refund will be issued. To prove the item was damaged or defective on arrival you must check before you sign as proof of receipt of the item with the delivery service.

If the internal item is damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs and written details of the damage within 12 hours of receiving the parcel/goods with your order number.
Warrantable Items - A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This is often the case in brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products.
